  1. How should I dispose of my hard drive(s)?
    SEND THEM TO US!
    We will certify their destruction (by serial # if preferred) and recycle 100% of each one we receive.
    We remove the covers of each hard drive and use a "Degaussing Wand" to reliably erase all magnetic information to a full security level. This process, including the degaussing wand are certified by the U.S. National Security Agency and the Department of Defense.

    Important:
    Send us an email detailing the number of drives you will be shipping and, if you need serial # certification, note each drive's serial number.

    Please DO NOT SHIP drives until you receive our DHD # by email.

    For your protection and security, make sure that you request "signature proof of delivery" when you ship the hard drives.

  3. What are the sizes of your various clocks?
    The sizes vary slightly since no two pieces are the same.
    The dimensions are based on their description.
      
       For HARD DRIVE CLOCKS, the approximate sizes are:
    • "Large and Tall"   are about 5.5" wide by 6.5" tall.
    • "Large and Wide" are about 5.5" wide by 5" tall.
    • "Small and Tall"   are about 4" wide by 4" tall.
    • "Small and Wide" are about 4" wide by 3" tall.

      For CIRCUIT BOARD CLOCKS, the approximate sizes are:

    • "Tall"   are about 3.5" wide by 5.5" tall.
    • "Wide" are about 6" wide by 4" tall.
