We prefer to ship all orders (unless a different shipping method is selected) USPS Priority Mail since delivery is quick, can be tracked and is reasonably priced.

We offer a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE policy. We want you to be completely satisfied, or you can simply return the merchandise within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price, shipping not included. We will gladly repair or exchange any damaged or defective merchandise.

To return an item, please email us for a "Return Authorization number" or "RA". You must do this or your return may not be accepted, as we have no other way of tracking your returned item(s).

All returned items must be in original condition. For your protection, please use a shipping service that provides a tracking number. USPS, UPS and FEDEX all provide this service.
